We are free to change our terms and conditions anytime without any prior notification. The continuous use of the website or appointing any services will be constituted as the acceptance of the contract.

Pricing

The carpet cleaning cost in domestic and commercial areas is quoted and owned by Marks Carpet Cleaning. We have the right to make changes in the quotations anytime. Also, our pricing may vary depending on the service type. We charge carpet cleaning service based on per room rate and differs for every room such as bedroom, lounge room, dining room and more. And the final price is calculated depends on the average room size.

Plus, we hold the right to change our pricing at the location in case the property conditions different from described.

*Marks carpet cleaning registers request only till 24 hours after the completion of services. After 24 hours, no complaints shall be entertained.

Access

The team should be given the access to the property at the servicing time. Also, there should be electricity and running water available in the property at the time of services.

Payment

The payment is done either by the cash, credit cards, or bank transfer. The customer is to suppose to make the cash payment after the completion of the carpet cleaning if no other method is agreed. Also, the customer needs to provide the card details, along with the confirmed method.

If bank transfer is the payment method agreed, the customer is supposed to make the payments 24 hours before the service time.

NO guarantee for the below given conditions

  • We at Marks Carpet Cleaning, do not provide 100% stain removal guarantee, though we try our best to remove the stains completely.
  • Complete stain removal depends on the type of stains, the age of the stain, and fabric type of Item(s).
  • There are some stubborn kinds of stains such as bleach stains, ammonia stains, acid stains, grease stains, dyes, and high-alkaline solution, that leave permanent marks on your item(s). Thus, we do not deliver guaranteed services on 100% stain removal.
  • In case of items already been sun damaged/discoloured, they can only be cleaned, no guarantee for stain restoration shall be provided.
  • However, no guarantee does not mean, the stains will not be removed even a bit, but we will try our best to restore your item(s).
  • Before starting the stain removal treatment, we need to know what treatments and attempts that have been tried onto the stains.
  • In the events, stains being too old and stubborn and we are not able to clean them completely, we will discuss the scenario with the homeowners. Only after their approval, we will proceed with the process to lighten the stains to make them least noticeable.
  • Additional charges shall be applied for the heavily stained and soiled item(s).
  • Smell and Mould Removal
  • We at Marks Carpet Cleaning do not guarantee 100% smell removal.
  • We try our best to rid your item(s) from mould infestation, but do no guarantee 100% mould removal.
  • By hiring us for smell or mould removal, the customers acknowledge our terms and condition.

Cancellations

Booking Amendments

  • The customers can make changes to the appointed services by calling us on 0488 851 277 and informing our customer service team. Or they can email mentioning the essential details.
  • No additional charges will be applied for changing the appointment date and time.
  • Marks Carpet Cleaning holds all the rights to cancel an appointment when the service is not secured.
  • We shall also reschedule the service, or delay the service under inevitable circumstances.

Cancellations

In conditions of cancelling the appointment, the customer has to inform us by calling us or dropping us an email with the reference number, date of servicing, and address of appointment.

Cancelling the appointment before 24 hours of the servicing date, no cancellation fee will be charged. And a refund will be generated deducting the transaction fee, in case of prepaid services.

If cancellation is done within the few hours of servicing, the customer has to pay cancellation charges.

The customers have to inform us about the cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

If the customer cancels the booking on the arrival of technicians/operator at the property, a call out fee shall be charged.

Changes At The Time of Service

The customers are allowed to makes changes at the appointment time of services, they have to the pay the additional charges. The additional charges quotes for the payments may differ (higher or lower) from the previous quotes.

In case of disagreement of any party with the renewed charges, the service shall be cancelled.

Early Amendments

The customers are free to make changes in booking, cancel, reschedule the services without any cancellation or amendment charges. Only the customers have to inform us before 24 hours.
